Shoulder Pain During Pregnancy?
For pregnancy woman, having shoulder pain is a common thing. How to avoid it? here are some Tips for all pregnancy woman.
- Keep maintaining your body weight, don’t let your weight above of the standard parameter advised by your doctor. Too much weight will give also a burden to your shoulder and make your shoulder sore.
- Avoiding using high heels shoes or too flat. All expert always advise to use shoes that have max 5cm thickness in order to keep the body stands in balance.
- Do not stand too long, if you have too try to place one food in a higher surface than the others by bending the knee.
- When lifting up things, use your hands and feets to handle the burden and not your shoulder. And when carrying groceries, split your groceries so you can carry with your two hands don’t carrying by putting it in your chest.
